Each appointment lasts approximately three hours.
Special reduced rates are available if required for teenagers and young adults in Epsom only, please call to discuss details.
All sessions include follow up telephone support.
Cancellations and Missed Sessions
If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason I would be grateful if you can let me have as much notice as possible. If you are unable to give at least 48 hours notice there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the agreed fee for the session. If it is less than 24 hours notice, or you don't turn up for your appointment, then the full fee will have to be charged.
Other Information
It will be very supportive for your healing if you can be sure to arrive on time, to ensure that you maximize the time put aside for your session. It may not be possible to continue after the agreed finishing time.
Please do not take alcohol or drugs (other than prescribed drugs) for at least 24 hours before a session. I also highly recommend that you take some time to rest after your session.
As your session approaches it is quite common to feel feelings of apprehension, as well as sense of anticipation, and this is a very healthy sign that you are ready to let go of the old baggage at a cellular level. It will also be very helpful to see this as a very special time, a period of reflection and healing, as well as an ‘enlightenment intensive’ on all levels of your being, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I will be along side you during this time supporting and encouraging you the best I can. The rest will be up to you, and the more willingness and commitment you bring to your ‘Journey’ the more you will benefit. There are no guarantees in this line of work, everyone is different, but the possibilities for living a more inspired and fulfilled life are infinite.
