3 very simple steps to bring more conscious awareness into your life!
- Treat yourself to a beautiful potted plant today.
- Take a few moments to appreciate its beauty and observe the shape and colour of the leaves and flowers.
- Place it in your home or at your workplace, in a spot where you will see it regularly, and every day, each time your attention falls on your plant, stop… take a breath… and become still… just for a moment
Then watch, over time, how your plant will become vibrant and healthy as it receives all your positive attention.
As an interesting note, when I first started telling people about the pot plant meditation, as soon as they decided to start, quite a lot of them were given pot plants as gifts the very same day!
