Meditation with me
The meditation style that you will experience with me is very simple, practical and easily accessible for everyone. It is the distillation of many years experimenting with different styles and techniques. As is often the way, it is the simplest techniques that can be the most powerful, and this has been my experience. So much so that this method uses everyday things such as thoughts, sounds, feelings and even aches and pains in the body as reasons to relax. There is no ‘efforting’ or concentrating to clear the mind, just an allowing, and it is this welcoming that makes the invitation to go deeper into your own stillness so inviting.
My aim is to demystify meditation. We no longer need to spend years practicing, there is a stillness that underlies our lives all the time, just waiting to be experienced, and you may surprised how quickly and easily you too can experience it.
