Group Leaders Course:
For Self-awareness and Support groups
This annual course is designed to introduce you to the key principles of facilitating safe and supportive spaces for self awareness groups and how to manage the different energies that can arise in a loving and compassionate way.

- Taking care of the facilitator
- Basic principles of the Enneagram
- Emotional management
- The power of language
- The ‘Dark Night of the Soul’ ~ supporting yourself and others through this special time
- Course planning and structuring sessions/ personal project
